Uber Cosmetics Australia – Delivery Information
Free delivery for orders over $25.00 delivered within Australia weighing up to 3kg. If your order does not fit this criteria please see rate table below.
Uber uses Australia Post for the delivery of all orders within Australia. International orders are despatched via our courier. Parcels will be sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Orders will be dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and prescriptions (if applicable) are received.
Australian orders will be delivered via registered post and will require a signature upon receipt. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Business addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for your order.
Where applicable and from time to time, we offer Free Shipping Within Australia:
We provide Free Shipping on all orders over $149 that are under 3Kg and have an Australian delivery location.
Estimated Domestic Shipping Fee List:
The shipping fee shown below is an estimate only. Final shipping charges will be displayed during your checkout process based on the shipping method, product type and location chosen by you.
Please refer to the Australia Post website in order to calculate the shipping timeframe for your location. This will help you estimate the number of business days taken to deliver the product after we dispatch it from our warehouse located at Alexandria NSW 2015. Please contact our customer service if you might have a query regarding this.
Australian orders will be delivered via registered post and will require a signature upon receipt:
- Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise a card will be left detailing the nearest local post office.
- Alternatively, please provide a work address if no one is home during business hours.
All our international orders will be dispatched by a courier of our choice. Please allow up to 14 days for international delivery.
Delivery time does not include the time parcels may spend in the destination country’s customs service. All international orders may require a signature on delivery.

Uber Cosmetics Australia – Returns Policy
Uber Cosmetics is committed to making your shopping experience as easy and stress-free as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the products for a refund within the policies outlined below. Our return policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on Uber Lash and Uber Brow. If you don’t achieve longer eyelashes or fuller eyebrows in 30 days, simply return the empty tube and/or any unused product along with the packaging, in accordance with our detailed process below, for a full refund.
Return Authorisation Number
Contact Uber Cosmetics customer care team within 30 days from the date of purchase to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). A return will not be accepted without a RAN. Returns must be received by Uber Cosmetics within 7 days of receiving the RAN to the address provided on the form.
Proof of Purchase
Please keep your receipt for 30 days from date of purchase as it will be required before receiving approval of refund.
Change of Mind
Uber Cosmetics Australia is happy to offer a return if you change your mind, but also reserves the right to decline a return if the requirements are not satisfied within our policies. All returns are to be as per our returns process below
- Must be returned within 7 days of parcel receipt
- Must be in its saleable condition (i.e. product in its original packaging, unopened, unused)
Orders cancelled at the request of the customer may incur a fee of $10 or 10% of the order value (whichever is greater). This is chargeable at the discretion of management. Cancelling orders that have been shipped must be posted back to us, at the expense of the customer.
The product to be returned must be packed securely and must be sent via registered post, in order to track the parcel, for your records.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for the product until it is received by us.
Products that have been tampered with cannot be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
Incorrect or faulty product
Uber Cosmetics Australia offers a replacement or refund if any products delivered to you are damaged or incorrect. You must within 7 days of parcel receipt, contact our customer care team for our process
Incorrect product delivered:
In such a scenario where the product you received is not what you placed an order for then please get in touch with our customer care team within 7 days of parcel receipt. Our customer support, upon looking into the issue will help you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the product. You can then choose to either have the correct product re-delivered at our cost or receive a full refund.
Damaged/Defective product delivered:
In such a scenario where the product you received is damaged or defective please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your receipt and a description of the condition of the damaged or defective item. Our customer care team, upon careful consideration and depending on the Manufacturer’s Policy for the product in question might offer to provide one of the below resolutions:
- Place you in contact with the manufacturer (warranty support)
- Replacement of the damaged product/defective product
- Refund you for the product
- Exchange the product
If you used your credit card to purchase online, your approved refunds must be processed on the same credit card.
NOTE: All returns will need to be confirmed with us first before returning the products. You will need to obtain from our customer care team, a Returns Authorisation Form to be completed, printed and returned with product. The RAN must be clearly written on the provided form in the box in which the products are returned. You may be required to provide photos of damaged products or packaging.
Unauthorised returns will be refused without refund.
No item will be refunded until received by Uber Cosmetics. Please be advised that returns will not be accepted, and refunds not awarded if the criteria above are not met. Please be advised that we cannot process refund for product purchased via other retail channels (Myer or Pharmacy). Unless product is faulty.
Uber Cosmetics Australia is not liable for packages lost during shipping. The Uber Cosmetics will process your refund via the original purchase method within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item(s).
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
